• Bring the Item to the Store
To initiate a return, please visit our store with the item you wish to return and the order confirmation email.

• Refund Procedure
- Store Credit: If the item meets the return requirements according to our policy, we will issue a store credit equal to the purchase amount.
- Validity and Usage: The store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can only be used in our online store.
- Non-Convertible: The store credit cannot be converted into cash and is non-refundable.
